![]() ![]() in November 9 it felt as though i was listening to a broken record that continued to play the same tune on a loop. for the most part, i find that her plots aren't very developed or cohesive for that matter. halfway through the book it started to feel more like a chore to read it rather than a pleasurable experience. it took me maybe 3 months as opposed to the usual couple of days to finish her book due to how much i loathed reading it. in fact for me it was the writing quality and style itself. at the time i hadn't read enough of her books to realise the recurring theme of romanticising abusive relationships that most critics had a problem with. the first book i read was November 9 and unfortunately, i absolutely hated it. some of my friends hyped up colleen hoover's books a couple of years ago so i thought i should give her a read and potentially find a new fav author. ![]() Disclaimer: there may be spoilers in this post if you're planning to read any of these books ie: November 9, Verity and It ends with us ![]()
